My Bio
Bianca Goodlett, Board Secretary, is an educator, nonprofit founder, and community leader with a professional background spanning education, real estate, workforce development, and community engagement. Her work is grounded in advancing equitable access to resources, strengthening neighborhood systems, and supporting youth and families through collaborative, community-centered initiatives.
She currently serves as a Special Education Teacher with the local school district and holds a consultant-teacher designation. In this capacity, her work was recognized nationally for excellence in collaborative leadership, community engagement, and innovative school based programming. Bianca is the Founder of Agape Community Outreach Resources, a nonprofit organization focused on youth development, financial literacy, workforce readiness, and community resource coordination. Through this work, she has led community-based programming, partnered with local organizations, and supported initiatives designed to strengthen families and neighborhoods.
Her community leadership includes service as an active Board member of the West Jefferson County Community Task Force, Treasurer of the Park Hill Algonquin Community of Opportunity Neighborhood Association, Board member of the Alpha Gardens Neighborhood Association, and a member of the Rising Roots CommunityAdvisory Group.
She previously served as President of the Coalition of West LouisvilleNeighborhood Associations, providing leadership that strengthened collaboration among neighborhood associations in the West End of Louisville.Bianca also serves on the leadership team for When Ministers Meet, a coalition of faith leaders, where she is instrumental in leading program development and coordination. She is also engaged in ongoing volunteer service supporting community-based initiatives focused on youth, families, neighborhood development, and communities impacted by food access challenges.As a member of the Refuge In Kentucky Community Development Corporation, she
supports the organization’s mission and vision to advance community development.
