Anthony Chism, Vice President

My Bio

Anthony Chism, Vice President of Refuge Community Development, Inc. and a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in project and technical management. A graduate of the University of Louisville’s Speed Scientific School, Anthony holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and is certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma Statistical Control Methods.

In addition to his engineering expertise, Anthony maintains Kentucky applicator licenses from the Department of Agriculture in categories 3, 5, and 8 for both public and private sectors. His commitment to community and faith is evident through his role as a licensed Deacon at the Refuge in Kentucky Apostolic Church.

Anthony’s diverse background combines technical excellence, leadership, and service, making him a valuable contributor to organizational growth and community development.
