Mission & Goal Statement
The mission of the Refuge Community Development Corporation (RCDC) is to strengthen communities and grow families in Louisville, particularly in our underserved neighborhoods. RCDC will do this by offering safe and affordable housing opportunities, administering community programs to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs to families, and by leasing space for neighborhood business to operate and flourish.
